$3300.00 Building Rental (2 Rooms, Bar & Robing Rm., access to kitchen)

**All rentals include tables, chairs, use of steam and cold tables and use of kitchen. **
ADDITIONAL FEES-NON-REFUNDABLE
$300.00 Cleaning Fee
$200.00 Down payment toward balance of contract payable at time of booking event.
$500.00 Payment must be made at time of booking to schedule event. This payment includes
the above cleaning fee and down payment.
$ 170.00 Event Insurance/Liability Certificate if purchased thru AASR Insurance
(Proof of insurance is due one week prior to date of scheduled event)
REFUNDABLE FEE
$300.00 Damage Fee due one week prior to date of scheduled event. Amount will be refunded
the week following event assuming no damage has occurred to venue.
Security may be required if alcohol is served during an event.
All necessary credentials should be presented in our office one week prior to the event rental date.
Alcohol Permits for serving alcohol will need to be provided by Lessee. Your professional caterer
should have this, if not then a temporary pour license can be obtained by the city. Applications and
