Balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event date. 

$170.00 Event Insurance/Liability Certificate if purchased thru AASR Insurance

 (Proof of insurance is due 10 days prior to date of scheduled event)

$250.00 Fee is required if requesting building access on day prior to event date

REFUNDABLE FEE

$500.00 Security deposit will be refunded to Lessee if no damages occur to the building or its contents, there are no outstanding issues with event rental, and if rental terms and conditions are met.

All necessary credentials should be presented in our office one week prior to the event rental date.

Alcohol Permits for serving alcohol will need to be provided by Lessee. Your professional caterer

should have this, if not then a temporary pour license can be obtained by the city. Applications and
