ADDITIONAL FEES-NON-REFUNDABLE
$300.00 Cleaning Fee
$200.00 Down payment toward balance of contract payable at time of booking event.
$500.00 Payment must be made at time of booking to schedule event. This payment includes
the above cleaning fee and down payment.
Balance must be paid in full one week prior to the event date.
$170.00 Event Insurance/Liability Certificate if purchased thru AASR Insurance
(Proof of insurance is due one week prior to date of scheduled event)
$50.00 Fee is required if requesting building access on day prior to event date
REFUNDABLE FEE
$300.00 Security Fee due one week prior to date of scheduled event. Amount will be
refunded if no damages occur to building or its contents and there are no issues with event rental or not following rental instructions.
All necessary credentials should be presented in our office one week prior to the event rental date.
Alcohol Permits for serving alcohol will need to be provided by Lessee. Your professional caterer
should have this, if not then a temporary pour license can be obtained by the city. Applications and
